Possibility to use different dictionaries at the same time when searching for specific words

This dictionary does not show the gender of Greek words, it is unacceptable. The range of words translated is quite limited, many common words are missing. I do not recommend to buy that dictionary.

This is a great app that has seriously reduced the amount of time it takes me to read or write anything in Greek. Its way faster than a dictionary and more accurate than google translate alone. It works best with a data connection because the dictionary itself requires the accent, accurate spelling, and most importantly the basic or original form of the word to locate it. The great thing is that it lets you compare what google and bing translate would also come up with which is great if you are either unsure of the spelling or accent or if it just isnt in the dictionary. All in all, Id recommend it. The only thing I wish it had is a "did you mean" function for us lousy spellers the same way Google translate does.

Garbage...could not translate Αγιαζι

The app looks useful however it doesnt translate full sentences or pronoun citations in Greek are not available .... I wish I could get my money back

For Greek language students and those enjoying Greek vocabulary this is a fantastic tool. The vocabulary is extensive enough to make it well worth the small fee. You have a wonderful dictionary in your phone!

The iPad design is nice but its badly hindered by the lack of a native Greek key board on the iPad. Perhaps (hopefully) the iPad will support a Greek keyboard in the future, as the iPhone eventually did. In the meantime, I cant search or use Google Translate with Greek input. Sadly that means I lose half the functionality of this app. If you could integrate a Greek keyboard into the app, or else add an algorithm to accept a Latin transliteration of Greek, it would be a huge help!

Very good application. I use the app with my Modern Greek II class and find the app is very useful. The program translates form English to Greek and Greek to English. It remembers the terms or phrases you look up, which makes writing translations fun. Μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω το εργαλείο για να μεταφράσει ελληνικά μου ως εργαλείο μελέτης για να μάθουν και να χρησιμοποιούν τη γλώσσα των Ελλήνων να μιλούν και να γράφουν σε ένα πρακτικός τρόπος. Translation: I use the tool to translate my Greek as a study tool to learn and use the language of Greek to speak and write in a pragmatical way. On a side-note, I am starting to be able to do my study notes in English, Greek, and Latin for my college Psychology courses and Anthropology courses. Γνωρίζω αχάιος ελληνικά καλο πολύ, μοντέρνα αλλα ελληνικά γνωρίζω λίγο. I know ancient Greek well, but I know (only) some modern Greek. Knowing the fundamentals of the Greek language from studying ancient at the undergraduate level has granted me the ability to understand then when verbs in this app are listed in an almost infinitive form ( i.e. Γνοριζω listed as "know" where a true infinitive form is "to know."), whereas they should be listed according to the nomitive and/or first singular indication. (I.e. Γνοριζω literally means "I know.") The ω (omega) ending of a word is indicative of first singular, εις as second singular, and ει as third singular. These being I, you, he/she/it endings. The spoon fed form of words in this lexicon for anyone χόρις (without) a basic understanding of Greek grammar would potentially cause rather large grammatical errors and misuse of the Greek language as a whole. This is perhaps something to examine in the next version, such as a separate listing of verb endings in the indicative, aorist, imperative, infinitive moods, etc. In all other respects this is an excellent starting lexicon and a handy functional tool to have on any apple device. It has helped me in more than one tricky conversation while in Greece. I was also thoroughly impressed with how comprehensive it is for such an excellent price. Certainly received more than my moneys worth. Ευχάριστο πολύ προς σας για αυτό!!

Great app, I use it frequently. The only addition that would make it perfect is if I could search the word in Greek without always including an accent on the vowels. Worth a buy though!

I was very disappointed in this app as the pronounciation did not work. I recommend looking for another product.

I hate the new format... Why fix it if its not broken? I bought this app because I liked it and the way it was formatted and then BAM its completely different. I found it much more user friendly than now. I am searching for a different app now. Previously ... I loved it. Cant you take us back? I would have given it 5 stars!

This app is very basic and does not have enough vocabulary to help you read an average newspaper or modern book. I found it to be very disappointing and would not recommend it as the app of choice if you plan to do some real modern Greek reading.

Good app. to have for the common everyday conversation.

This version is a big improvement over the earlier ones. It is now easy to use and much more complete. I live in Greece and find myself going to it much more often.

To the point this app is not working it is freezing up. To the point I would like my money back!!!!

Terrible app that does not so do what is says. Cant scan and translate or click and hear words. I want my money back.
